One product, done properly
We do not sell hardware bundles, lifetime plans or tiered channel packs. One streaming line, five term lengths, identical service on every one of them. A narrow product is a product we can actually support well.
BorealTV is a Canadian IPTV subscription service operating from Ottawa, Ontario. We sell one product — a single-device streaming line delivered through the IBO Player app — and we have built the whole company around doing that one thing without the compromises the category is known for.

BorealTV started from a straightforward observation about Canadian television: the cost is extraordinary, the channel selection is narrow unless you buy stacked add-on packs, and anything outside the mainstream English and French slate is treated as a premium extra. A household that wants Punjabi news, Tamil cinema and Hockey Night in Canada ends up paying three separate providers, or gives up on one of them.
We built a service that assumes the opposite. One subscription carries the entire grid — 15,200 live channels across more than forty countries and every major South Asian, Middle Eastern, European and Latin American language block, alongside the complete Canadian and US networks. There is no premium tier because there is nothing held back to sell you later. The channels page breaks down every block.
The second problem we set out to fix was reliability. Most complaints about IPTV are not about content, they are about buffering at 8pm on a Saturday. Our infrastructure is load-balanced with automatic failover and an adaptive bitrate ladder that steps down to 720p rather than stalling, and we publish our measured uptime honestly: 99.9% over the last twelve months.

IBO Player is the only application we support, and that is a feature rather than a limitation. Every guide, screenshot and troubleshooting answer refers to the same interface, so our support team is never guessing which app version a subscriber is describing.
Channel counts, uptime figures and speed requirements on this site reflect what we actually measure. When a broadcaster retires a feed the count changes, and we would rather tell you that than publish a number that flatters us.
Every plan is a single payment for a fixed term. We do not store cards, we do not auto-renew, and we do not send charges nobody approved. When a term ends you get a reminder, and extending is your decision.
All five terms and their prices are set out on the pricing page.

Our subscriber base concentrates in Ottawa, Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, Kitchener and the wider Golden Horseshoe, with strong clusters in Montréal, Québec City, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Vancouver and Halifax. Roughly a third of our accounts are multilingual households running two or more language blocks from a single line.
We also serve a meaningful number of rural and small-town subscribers on fixed-wireless and satellite connections, where traditional cable never arrived and where other IPTV providers simply do not perform. The adaptive delivery ladder was built specifically because of that segment.
Newcomers to Canada are a third significant group. For a family that arrived last year, a service carrying Geo News, Zee Punjabi, Asianet and CBC on the same remote is not a luxury — it is the difference between staying connected to home and not.
Support runs 24 hours a day in English and French, reachable on WhatsApp. Median first response is under twenty minutes. Setup assistance is included with every plan, including the CA$10.99 intro month — we do not treat helping you install the app as a paid extra.
Pre-sales questions get the same priority as live tickets. If you want to know whether a specific channel is carried, whether your Fire TV Stick generation will run IBO Player, or whether your connection is fast enough, ask before you order. We will tell you honestly, including when the answer is no. Reach us from the contact page, or check the FAQ first.

The CA$10.99 intro month is the entire service on your own connection and your own device. That is the only argument we think actually settles the question.
