How payment and activation work
All BorealTV prices are quoted and charged in Canadian dollars. Interac e-Transfer and major credit cards are both accepted, and the accepted methods are confirmed on the order page before you commit to anything.
Nothing on this site auto-renews. Every plan is a single payment for a fixed term; when the term ends, the line simply stops unless you choose to extend it. We do not keep a card on file and we do not send renewal charges you did not approve.

Is the CA$10.99 intro month a reduced service?
No. The intro month is the identical service on the identical servers — the same 15,200 channels, the same on-demand library, the same 4K quality. It is priced lower purely to remove the risk of committing before you have seen it work on your own connection.
Can I upgrade mid-term?
Yes. Contact support at any point and we apply the unused balance of your current term against a longer plan. You pay only the difference, and your credentials do not change.
Do prices include taxes?
The figures shown are the amounts charged. There are no separate regulatory recovery fees, box rental lines or regional surcharges added at checkout — the practice that inflates Canadian cable bills does not apply here.
What happens when my term ends?
The line stops delivering. You will get a reminder on WhatsApp a few days ahead, and extending is a two-click process that keeps the same credentials and the same device authorization.
Is there a discount for multiple lines?
