If you sell IPTV lines to a customer base — a local electronics shop, a community group, a family of twelve, or an established reseller moving suppliers — the reseller programme replaces retail pricing with a credit-based panel and tiered wholesale rates. Three lines is the entry point.
How it works
A credit panel, not a spreadsheet
Resellers buy credits in blocks and spend them creating lines from a web panel. One credit creates one month of service on one line; a twelve-month line costs twelve credits at your tier rate. Lines are created instantly, credentials generate automatically, and you send them to your customer without us ever appearing in the transaction.
The panel handles renewals, line suspension, device-authorization transfers and basic diagnostics. You see which of your lines are active, which expire this week and which have flagged connection problems — without opening a support ticket for routine work.
Credits do not expire. Buy a block when the rate suits you and draw it down over as long as you need. There is no monthly minimum, no subscription fee for the panel itself and no penalty for a quiet month.

Common questions about the programme
Is there a minimum order?
Ten credits is the smallest block we sell, which covers roughly three customers on three-month terms. There is no ongoing minimum after that — buy again when you need to.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits sit in your panel balance until you spend them. There is no shelf life and no use-it-or-lose-it deadline.
Can my customers contact you directly?
They can, but they do not need to. Reseller lines are white-labelled and we do not market to your customers or attempt to convert them to retail. If one does reach us with a technical fault, we fix it and tell you.
What happens if a line has problems?
Raise it from the panel or through your escalation channel. Source-side faults go straight to operations. We do not ask your customer to troubleshoot with us — you stay the point of contact.
Can I set my own retail prices?
For your own customers, yes — your margin is yours to set. The prices published on this site apply to customers buying directly from BorealTV.
