Most IPTV providers advertise a no-cost 24- or 72-hour window. We do not, and the reasoning is straightforward. A 24-hour window tells you almost nothing useful — it does not cover a full weekend, a weeknight peak, a sports fixture and a rainy Sunday afternoon, which is the range that actually determines whether a service suits you.
Giveaway windows also attract volume that degrades the service for paying subscribers, and they are routinely used to stress-test servers rather than to evaluate content. Charging CA$10.99 keeps the load honest and lets us give every intro customer the same infrastructure priority as somebody on a twelve-month plan.

Receive your credentials
Within roughly fifteen minutes you get your IBO Player playlist details on WhatsApp, with a link to the setup instructions for your specific device.
Install and watch
Install IBO Player, register the device once on the IBO portal, paste your playlist, and the grid loads. If anything sticks, message us and we work through it with you.

After the month
What happens when the month ends
Nothing automatic. There is no stored card, no renewal charge and no cancellation to remember. A few days before the month expires you get a reminder on WhatsApp; if you do nothing, the line simply stops delivering on the expiry date.
If you want to continue, extending takes two clicks and keeps the same credentials and the same device authorization — there is no reinstallation and no new playlist to add. At that point the longer terms become worth looking at: twelve months costs CA$69.99, which works out to CA$5.83 per month.
And if it did not suit you, that is a legitimate outcome and it cost you CA$10.99 to find out. We would rather you learn that in month one than in month nine.

Questions about the intro month
Is the intro month available to existing customers?
It is a new-customer offer. If you already hold a BorealTV line and want to extend it, the standard plans apply — and at three months and above they are cheaper per month than the intro rate anyway.
Can I upgrade before the month is over?
Yes. Contact support at any point and we apply the unused balance of the intro month against a longer term, so you pay only the difference. Your credentials do not change.
Does the intro month have fewer channels?
No. It is the identical grid, the identical VOD library and the identical quality as the twelve-month plan. The only difference is how long it lasts.
Is CA$10.99 the total cost?
Yes, for the BorealTV service. The one exception worth flagging is the IBO Player app licence, which is a small one-off fee paid to the app developer rather than to us — explained in full on the app page.
What if it does not work on my device?
We work through it with you before anything else. Setup support is included. If your device genuinely cannot run IBO Player, tell us during setup and we will say so plainly rather than leaving you stuck.
Can I buy the intro month twice?
It is intended as a one-time new-customer offer. If you have a specific reason for wanting a second short term, message support and we will look at it — but the one-month standard plan at CA$15.99 exists for exactly that case.
